14 current and returning Young Artists will be in residence after the regular 2008 season to work with the three composers on their new pieces.  In the 10 days that they are here, they will hold a musical reading of Act One of Joseph Illick's opera Bliss, a staged workshop performance of Thomas Pasatieri's The Heir Apparent and a staged workshop performance of Jorge Martin's Before Night Falls

Tickets will be available for the two staged workshop performances to be held on Thursday, August 28 and Friday, August 29 at the Oscar Seagle Memorial Theatre.  Tickets are $20 general admission per person, or you can purchase tickets to both nights for $30.  Call 518.532.7875 or email info@seaglecolony.com for reservations or more information.
